Privacy policy

Asymptotic Hub, operated by Asymptotic Systems Private Limited. Last updated 22 October 2026.

What the app is

Asymptotic Hub is a private internal tool. It is used only by the directors of Asymptotic Systems Private Limited to keep the company's own records organized. It is not offered to the public.

What it accesses

With each account owner's own permission, the app reads email in the Gmail accounts of the company and of its directors, using the read-only Gmail permission (gmail.readonly). It cannot send, delete, move or change any email. Each person signs in to their own account and chooses whether to allow access.

From a director's personal account, the app keeps only messages about the company or about that director's role in it, such as incorporation, tax, bank and compliance mail. Other messages are not stored, summarized or used.

How the data is used

The app extracts company facts such as registration details, deadlines, bank and tax references, and saves attachments that relate to the company. This is used only to keep the company's records up to date for its directors.

Where the data is stored

Data is stored only on a company director's own computer and in the company's private cloud storage folder. It is not uploaded to any other service.

Sharing

We do not sell, share or transfer Google user data to anyone. We do not use it for advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept for as long as the company needs the records. Each account owner can ask for data taken from their account to be deleted at any time, and can withdraw the app's access to their own account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
